P4Y – Step 33 – The difference is not negotiable

Posted on 22 Settembre 202522 Settembre 2025 By Francesco

There’s a difference that cannot be debated. You acted. I endured. You caused pain. I received it.

This isn’t a matter of perspective. It’s not a clash of interpretations. It’s about weight, permanence, flesh.

You can forget. You can tell yourself that the gesture—the burning stick you pressed against my arm—was a moment, a mistake, a lapse. I can pretend not to remember. I can smile, change the subject. But I have the sores. I have the scars. And they’re not metaphors.

You can turn the page. I live inside the page you wrote.

And when you insist that I wanted it, that I provoked it, that others are to blame, when you were there, when you could have intervened, when you could have said “stop,” when you could have chosen not to harm, you wound me again. You wound me deeper.

It’s not just the pain. It’s the denial of pain. It’s your lightness in the face of my gravity.

And there’s no peace in that. No closure. Only one question that keeps repeating: how can you not see?

Just to say. CJJ

Cosi. Per dire. CJJ

Francesco

My name is Francesco Boschi, originally from Italy and currently based in the United States. For over twenty years, I’ve worked as a manager and consultant across diverse sectors — from education and cultural institutions to the food industry — developing skills in operational management, strategic consulting, and complex problem-solving. In recent years, I’ve combined this experience with a strong passion for software development, creating custom tools designed to simplify workflows and meet real business needs.

Relocating to the U.S. marks the beginning of a new chapter: a personal and professional decision driven by the desire to be close to my son and to embrace new challenges in a different environment. Today, my goal is to turn my experience into meaningful solutions, blending strategic vision with technical expertise to help people and organizations work more effectively.

I enjoy moving between different worlds, adapting tools and approaches to people and contexts. I bring leadership, flexibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset — along with a deep curiosity to learn and grow. Above all, I believe in sharing: I’m always eager to offer my experience to support the growth of others.

P4Y – Step 55 – Is it fate?

Posted on 2 Aprile 20262 Aprile 2026

A reflection on the different weight we carry from birth and the strength — or apathy — shaped by our background. You don’t choose where you’re born, but you choose where you’re going.

P4Y – Step 49 – The Beauty of the Imperfect

Posted on 25 Febbraio 202625 Febbraio 2026

A reflection on the quiet freedom that comes when we stop chasing perfection and embrace the beauty of the imperfect — the one found in compromises, scars, and everyday real life.

P4Y – Step 57 – April 17th

Posted on 19 Aprile 202619 Aprile 2026

One year, two continents, two new beginnings. From April 17th, 2025 to April 17th, 2026, life pushed me forward more than I expected. A story of change, shifting roots, and new challenges starting from an empty house.
