P4Y – Step 37 – The Origin of All Evil

Posted on 28 Ottobre 202528 Ottobre 2025 By Francesco

There once was a place. Not perfect, but alive. Procedures were approximate, answers vague, workflows uncertain. Then he arrived. Not to command, but to understand. Not to simplify, but to clarify.

He asked for confirmations. Suggested revisions. Mapped out paths. And in doing so, disturbed the quiet.

He was there among them, seeking clarity where habit ruled. Offering structure where intuition sufficed. Requesting confirmations where silence was preferred.

Then he left. And everything bloomed.

Procedures aligned. Workflows became flawless. The approximate became impeccable. Those who struggled to understand now teach.

And so it was understood. That he was the origin of all evil. The disturbance. The friction. The voice out of sync. Too rigid. Too demanding.

A pity, really — He had been the only one to recognize their value. To give them depth. To frame them.

But if he were truly wise, he would have known. When the new masters kept saying: “No one in this city knew English like they did.” What luck he had, to witness such wisdom and culture. A small man. Mocked and humiliated — though never in his presence, of course.

What can one say. Good thing he’s gone. Had he left earlier, everything would’ve been better. And who knows — Had he never come, it would’ve been a land of toys.

Disappointment runs fast along the tracks of time — and to think, I once believed the conductor was a friend.

Just to say. CJJ

P4Y – Step 37 – L’origine di tutti i mali

Un tempo c’era un posto. Non perfetto, ma vivo. Le procedure erano approssimative, le risposte vaghe, i flussi incerti. Poi arrivò lui. Non per comandare, ma per capire. Non per semplificare, ma per chiarire.

Chiese conferme. Propose revisioni.

A proporre struttura dove bastava l’intuito.

A inquadrarli.

Cosi. Per dire. CJJ

My name is Francesco Boschi, originally from Italy and currently based in the United States. For over twenty years, I’ve worked as a manager and consultant across diverse sectors — from education and cultural institutions to the food industry — developing skills in operational management, strategic consulting, and complex problem-solving. In recent years, I’ve combined this experience with a strong passion for software development, creating custom tools designed to simplify workflows and meet real business needs.

Relocating to the U.S. marks the beginning of a new chapter: a personal and professional decision driven by the desire to be close to my son and to embrace new challenges in a different environment. Today, my goal is to turn my experience into meaningful solutions, blending strategic vision with technical expertise to help people and organizations work more effectively.

I enjoy moving between different worlds, adapting tools and approaches to people and contexts. I bring leadership, flexibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset — along with a deep curiosity to learn and grow. Above all, I believe in sharing: I’m always eager to offer my experience to support the growth of others.

P4Y – Step 55 – Is it fate?

Posted on 2 Aprile 20262 Aprile 2026

A reflection on the different weight we carry from birth and the strength — or apathy — shaped by our background. You don’t choose where you’re born, but you choose where you’re going.

Scrivevo senza filtri, senza secondi fini. Solo per ascoltarmi. Solo per respirare. C’erano pensieri, dubbi, riflessioni, piccoli lampi.E poi, come spesso succede con le cose troppo vere,l’ho chiuso.Più di una volta.Fino al giorno in cui ho deciso…
