P4Y – Step 36 – The Ones Who Never Stop

Posted on 25 Ottobre 202525 Ottobre 2025 By Francesco

Some people never settle. Not because they’re ungrateful, but because they know what it means to have nothing. Not because they crave attention, but because they’ve lived in invisibility. Not because they chase success, but because they’re running from the failure that raised them.

These are the ones who never stop. They don’t seek approval—they seek precision. They don’t adapt—they transform. They don’t surrender—because surrender isn’t in their vocabulary.

Every day is a battle. Not against others, but against themselves. Against fatigue, against doubt, against the temptation to quit. Every goal is a threshold to cross—not a trophy to admire.

They don’t know peace. Not because they don’t want it, but because peace scares them. Because stillness feels too much like stagnation. And stagnation is the beginning of the return. The return to who they used to be. To what they refuse to become again.

Their strength doesn’t come from glory—it comes from fear. The fear of losing everything. The fear of going back. The fear of forgetting what it cost to get here.

So they push themselves. Every day. Quietly. Relentlessly.

Because those who’ve known hunger don’t stop. Those who’ve lived in darkness won’t settle for dim light. Those who fight for themselves don’t accept compromise.

These people don’t win once. They win every day. Because every day is a choice. And they choose not to stop.

Just to say. CJJ

Perché la quiete assomiglia troppo all’immobilità.

Ogni giorno. In silenzio. Senza clamore. Senza tregua.

Vincono ogni giorno. Perché ogni giorno è una scelta. E loro scelgono di non fermarsi.

Cosi. Per dire. CJJ

Francesco

My name is Francesco Boschi, originally from Italy and currently based in the United States. For over twenty years, I’ve worked as a manager and consultant across diverse sectors — from education and cultural institutions to the food industry — developing skills in operational management, strategic consulting, and complex problem-solving. In recent years, I’ve combined this experience with a strong passion for software development, creating custom tools designed to simplify workflows and meet real business needs.

Relocating to the U.S. marks the beginning of a new chapter: a personal and professional decision driven by the desire to be close to my son and to embrace new challenges in a different environment. Today, my goal is to turn my experience into meaningful solutions, blending strategic vision with technical expertise to help people and organizations work more effectively.

I enjoy moving between different worlds, adapting tools and approaches to people and contexts. I bring leadership, flexibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset — along with a deep curiosity to learn and grow. Above all, I believe in sharing: I’m always eager to offer my experience to support the growth of others.

Posted on 11 Agosto 20259 Agosto 2025
