This is my space, where experience meets the will to start over.

The first step is knowing where you want to go.

P4Y – Step 39 – Closing your eyes and letting go.

Posted on 30 Novembre 202530 Novembre 2025 By Francesco

Not to escape, but to rediscover yourself. In that moment, labels, age, problems, judgments disappear. What remains is the body vibrating, the voice breaking free, the heart beating in rhythm with the music: “Oh, I wanna dance with somebody, I wanna feel the heat with somebody…” (Whitney Houston – “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”)

Dancing and singing are acts of resistance and beauty. They are the simplest and most authentic way to remind ourselves that we are alive, that joy needs no permission, that freedom cannot be measured in years or roles. When we move without caring who is watching, when we sing without worrying about being in tune, we are telling the world: I am here, and I choose to be happy now.

Every step becomes an act of courage, every note a breath that dissolves tension. It doesn’t matter if life throws obstacles at us, if days feel heavy, or if thoughts chase us: in dance and song we find refuge, a sacred place where the mind is silent and the soul speaks.

They are the best good vibes we can give ourselves. Not because they erase problems, but because they teach us to see them differently. They remind us that lightness is strength, that joy is contagious, that music is a universal language that unites and heals.

Close your eyes. Breathe. Let go. Life doesn’t wait: dance, sing, vibrate.

Just to say. CJJ

I wanna dance with somebody, I wanna feel the heat with somebody…” (Whitney Houston – “I Wanna Dance with Somebody”)

Respira. Lasciati andare. La vita non aspetta: balla, canta, vibra.

Cosi. Per dire. CJJ

Francesco

My name is Francesco Boschi, originally from Italy and currently based in the United States. For over twenty years, I’ve worked as a manager and consultant across diverse sectors — from education and cultural institutions to the food industry — developing skills in operational management, strategic consulting, and complex problem-solving. In recent years, I’ve combined this experience with a strong passion for software development, creating custom tools designed to simplify workflows and meet real business needs.

Relocating to the U.S. marks the beginning of a new chapter: a personal and professional decision driven by the desire to be close to my son and to embrace new challenges in a different environment. Today, my goal is to turn my experience into meaningful solutions, blending strategic vision with technical expertise to help people and organizations work more effectively.

I enjoy moving between different worlds, adapting tools and approaches to people and contexts. I bring leadership, flexibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset — along with a deep curiosity to learn and grow. Above all, I believe in sharing: I’m always eager to offer my experience to support the growth of others.

P4Y – Step 12 – Un amore muto

Posted on 16 Luglio 202526 Luglio 2025

An introspective, poetic piece that explores surrender to fate, the fragility of human control, and the inner transformation demanded by the unseen forces of life.

P4Y – Step 15 – The Courage to Open the Door Wide

There are days you never forget. Not because something big happens, but because — finally — you do something real.Today is one of those days. For too long, I’ve avoided that room.I knew it was there. Sealed shut.Behind that door, I locked away everything: the excuses, the “not now,” the “when…
