P4Y – Step 13 – The First Is Not the Last

Posted on 16 Luglio 202526 Luglio 2025 By Francesco

For days, I’ve felt the time had come to write my first personal post in English.

Why?
Because I live in this language now.
I hear it, speak it, think in it. I write the date in English, I talk about miles—not kilometers.
Is that normal? Maybe. Is it strange? Maybe.
But it feels natural. And necessary.

I’ve received rejections. Four, to be exact.
Each one stings a little, but none of them break me.
Because I’ve realized something:

“Every ‘no’ is not a wall—it’s a step.”
A step I have to climb to get where I want to go.

I’m not discouraged. I’m learning.
I’m not searching for easy roads—I’m learning how to build them.
There’s power in failing forward, in being honest with yourself, in waking up each day and saying, “I’m still here. And I still believe.”

I’m not trying to paint the sky blue when it’s gray.
I’m not trying to convince myself to keep going—

I keep going because I know I’m meant to.

I believe in what I’m building.
I believe in who I’m becoming.

So today’s just a small step. But it’s mine.

Look ahead. Keep walking. Believe.

Cosi. Per dire. CJJ

Francesco

My name is Francesco Boschi, originally from Italy and currently based in the United States. For over twenty years, I’ve worked as a manager and consultant across diverse sectors — from education and cultural institutions to the food industry — developing skills in operational management, strategic consulting, and complex problem-solving. In recent years, I’ve combined this experience with a strong passion for software development, creating custom tools designed to simplify workflows and meet real business needs.

Relocating to the U.S. marks the beginning of a new chapter: a personal and professional decision driven by the desire to be close to my son and to embrace new challenges in a different environment. Today, my goal is to turn my experience into meaningful solutions, blending strategic vision with technical expertise to help people and organizations work more effectively.

I enjoy moving between different worlds, adapting tools and approaches to people and contexts. I bring leadership, flexibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset — along with a deep curiosity to learn and grow. Above all, I believe in sharing: I’m always eager to offer my experience to support the growth of others.

P4Y – Step 57 – April 17th

Posted on 19 Aprile 202619 Aprile 2026

One year, two continents, two new beginnings. From April 17th, 2025 to April 17th, 2026, life pushed me forward more than I expected. A story of change, shifting roots, and new challenges starting from an empty house.

P4Y Step 24 – People Like Me

Posted on 16 Agosto 202516 Agosto 2025

People like me, you can hear them in the silencesbetween the lights turned off in rooms never truly empty, with a breath as long as a memoryof words unspoken yet invisibly felt. People like me, run into the darkwhen the world shouts too loud, and make themselves small so no one hears…

P4Y Step 31 – When Love Stumbles

Posted on 7 Settembre 20257 Settembre 2025

There are moments when love isn’t enough. Not because it’s weak, but because it arrives late—or arrives with hands full of good intentions that resemble too closely the ones that once caused harm. I’ve seen a boy lower his gaze every time he made a mistake. Not out of shame,…
