P4Y – Step 12 – Un amore muto

Posted on 16 Luglio 202526 Luglio 2025 By Francesco

Movimenti minimi, quasi invisibili,
immutabile solo in apparenza.

Sono presenze verdi, versi silenziosi,
legate al ramo da un filo sottile.
Eppure, è abbastanza.
Abbastanza per resistere.
Abbastanza per restare.

Alcune si piegano, tremano, si stancano.
Alcune cadono.
Ma la maggior parte… resta.

Resiste.

A cosa, esattamente?

Guardano quella distesa scura,
umida, misteriosa.

sentire,
attendere.

Le foglie non parlano.
Eppure, chi sa ascoltarle,
le sente dire qualcosa di profondo:

“Non tutte le cadute sono sconfitte.
Non tutte le resistenze sono virtù.
Talvolta, il coraggio più grande
è accettare che il distacco
non è perdita,
ma ritorno.”

E così, tra un soffio e l’altro,
le foglie rimangono,
tese, lucide, fragili e tenaci,
mentre il mondo sotto di loro
le aspetta,
senza fretta,
con amore muto.

Cosi. Per dire. CJJ

Francesco

My name is Francesco Boschi, originally from Italy and currently based in the United States. For over twenty years, I’ve worked as a manager and consultant across diverse sectors — from education and cultural institutions to the food industry — developing skills in operational management, strategic consulting, and complex problem-solving. In recent years, I’ve combined this experience with a strong passion for software development, creating custom tools designed to simplify workflows and meet real business needs.

Relocating to the U.S. marks the beginning of a new chapter: a personal and professional decision driven by the desire to be close to my son and to embrace new challenges in a different environment. Today, my goal is to turn my experience into meaningful solutions, blending strategic vision with technical expertise to help people and organizations work more effectively.

I enjoy moving between different worlds, adapting tools and approaches to people and contexts. I bring leadership, flexibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset — along with a deep curiosity to learn and grow. Above all, I believe in sharing: I’m always eager to offer my experience to support the growth of others.

P4Y – Step 8 – Una nuova stella brilla nel cielo

Posted on 10 Luglio 202526 Luglio 2025

P4Y Step 24 – People Like Me

Posted on 16 Agosto 202516 Agosto 2025

People like me, you can hear them in the silencesbetween the lights turned off in rooms never truly empty, with a breath as long as a memoryof words unspoken yet invisibly felt. People like me, run into the darkwhen the world shouts too loud, and make themselves small so no one hears…

E, allo stesso tempo, spero di no. 😉
    Grazie.
